The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cupboard storage, desk/dressing table and chair.

The house has a main bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and wash basin, along with a further separate toilet and wash basin.

There is also a fully fitted out kitchen/diner with a fridge-freezer, further fridge, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave.

Off of the kitchen is the garden, which is a real sun trap.

Wifi is provided.

A cleaner looks after the shared areas, visiting every two weeks.

The room will suit someone who requires privacy but still wants to be near the centre of London.

The house sits aside the lovely Greenland Dock, with transport, cinema, ten pin bowling, pubs, restaurants, shopping (including a Tesco store), all being within a 5 minutes walk, the nearest gym is even closer .
