Hello, I would have a double room with ensuite becoming available on 1st May. It's a ground floor flat with integrated appliances, hardwood flooring, a sizeable patio and an open plan kitchen, dining/living room. With floor to ceiling windows, ample storage and walk-in wardrobes, the flat is fully furnished( you are welcome to bring your own furniture), it really must be seen to be appreciated. The room being offered looks out onto the patio so plenty of sunshine. An on site gym is available too, which can be used for a nominal one off fee( post lockdown of course).Concierge service and on site maintenance team make life a whole lot easier. We have off-street parking too which you can avail, (at an extra charge)if you have a car:) The property benefits from very good broadband throughout (included in the rent). Rest of the bills are not included.

We are in a relatively new development, overlooking communal gardens and 2 bus stops literally on our door step. Canning Town station is 3-5 min by bus and an easy 8-10 min walk away with direct links into the city via Jubilee and DLR. East India station is a 10 min walk away with DLR services into the city as well. Canary Wharf is 1 stop away on the Jubilee line. We are close to both Canning Town and Poplar high streets so stores like Co-Op, a massive Morrison’s, Iceland, Tesco Express are all within reach.

Hmmm what am I like as a flatmate? I am a clean and tidy individual so would expect the same and someone who won’t shy away from their share of housework. I like socialising over weekends, catching a movie or simply curl up with a good book. I work in financial services and work pretty long hours. Obviously, last year has been unlike any other year so, majority of us are working from home and adapted to a new way of life.

Always up for a chat over tea or meal times, I am a good listener but also very respectful of others’ privacy. Occasional get togethers with friends are okay but this place is not to be treated as a party house. It is best suited for a like minded professional who appreciates the calm ( given it’s urban living:)) after a busy work day. I am looking for someone to take on a twelve month lease with me (with a 6 month break clause) ending in May 2022. So if this sounds like your potential new home please do get in touch.
