The bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed, a sofa, desk with drawers, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and unlimited download wireless broadband.

Apart from the spacious bedroom you'll enjoy the convenience of a smart and spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, a large TV, with a multitude of SKY satellite channels and a DVD player.

The house has a modern, fully equipped and stylish kitchen with plenty cupboard, fridge and freezer space, and a washer, drier and dishwasher.

You will be sharing a bathroom with only one couple. The house has a high-pressure hot water system, so the shower is excellent. The is also a guest WC on the ground floor.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house. We have a cute little back garden with a barbecue and outdoor table and chairs.

Our modern four bedroom house is really just a 1 minute walk from Bounds Green tube station, and it takes less than 25 minutes to travel to Holborn or Oxford Circus. If you need to commute to Old Street, Bank or Moorgate the best way to go is by train, Bowes Park station is only 2 minutes from the front door, and the journey to the City takes only 17 minutes. If you missed the last tube home the N91 night bus (which stops at Trafalgar Square, Aldwych, Holborn, Russell Square, Euston, Kings Cross St. Pancras, Caledonian Road, Crouch End and Wood Green) will drop you less than 50 metres from the front door. Even though the public transport is so conveniently close you don't hear trains, buses or cabs going by, because the house is located on a quiet street.

There is a good local pub a little way past the tube station, and just around the corner you'll find an off-licence, a a Tesco express and a typical North London cafe.

There is bustling High Street a few minutes away where you will find two multiplex cinemas, a Sainsbury's, Morrisons and M&S supermarkets, lively pubs and cafes, as well as a very large shopping mall with an H&M, Topshop, Topman, a huuuge Primark, and a massive selection of other stores.
