The new occupant will have shared access to a family sized bathroom, used by 2 other male tenants.

The 4 bed terraced house has one family sized bathroom and 1 en-suite shower room. The house is for full use of its occupants and is fully furnished - there is a dining room, lounge, Sky TV and Broadband and garden with patio. There is a shed, in the garden, to store bikes if required. The kitchen is fully fitted with new appliances. Oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

The house is ideally positioned, in a quiet location, a 5 minute walk from the train station - with its direct links to London Victoria and Gatwick.
