Our house is located in an ultra convenient location a VERY short walk from Raynes Park Station (a few mins by train / bus from Wimbledon though it is walkable). We are very close to the local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. We also have the David Lloyd leisure centre a stroll away as well as a huge 24 hour Tesco superstore within walking distance. There are brilliant transport links into Wimbledon (3 minutes), Clapham Junction, Vauxhall (15 minutes), Waterloo (20 minutes), Kingston and Surbiton. There is also a night bus from Trafalgar Square.
The interior of the house is nuetrally decorated, with solid floors or tile throughout much of the property. We have a comfortable shared lounge for relaxing and a nice sunny garden perfect for summer Bar-B-Q's. The kitchen has the usual mod cons and the house has a bathroom with shower over and a separate wc.
We have a good size double room which comes furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It has a large window which overlooks the sunny rear garden
You will be sharing with three other friendly, considerate professionals (2 guys and 1 girl) who each do their bit to ensure the house is a welcoming home to return to after a hard day's work!
The rent is excluding bills and one month deposit is required to secure the room.
