My flatmate and I have one stunning double room to share the second bathroom (shower + toilet) with me alone-who is rarely there and very clean- available from 15 August 2021, for £1300 PCM inclusive of all bills in a three bed flat, in South Kensington in Zone 1, and a short three-minute walk from the tube station. The room has a small study desk and a chair and it’s a perfect for working at home during this pandemic. It has suitable wardrobes too. I (the person with whom you will share the bathroom) have been double vaccinated against COVID.
The flat is a 3 bedroom flat for 3 persons occupancy in total. The flat is modern, very clean and hygienic- same as the bathroom which we will share, which is disinfected regularly even pre-COVID, so it’s very hygienic and clean. The whole flat is also COVID secure because it is spacious, so we practise 2 meters distance no problem.
We are friendly professionals (working very long hours), easygoing, very clean, quiet, tidy and respectful with international backgrounds, looking for a tidy person needing a comfortable/ cozy place to call home. We will be 3 in total and will enjoy living in a stunning place which is 3 minutes from Gloucester Rd Station. There are three gorgeous double bedrooms altogether which are large, -and one double room with an ensuite bathroom. You and I will share the second bathroom, however, I am soon resuming travel with work, so likely to be absent from the flat frequently.
