Flat 3 Minute Walk From Brixton Train Station
I'm Sarath (he/him), I'm looking for 1 person (preferably aged around 30+ but not too fussed!) to share our flat from the end of July.
About the flat: It's perfect for those working in Central London as it's a 4 minute walk from Brixton Tube.
Accessibility: the flat is not wheelchair accessible unfortunately, there is a buzzer and entryphone system, and 2 flights of stairs to the flat (28 stairs total). The bathroom is on the 1st floor of the flat (12 steps)
About us: We are a quiet couple who both have 9-5 jobs and like to go out exploring at the weekends, but mostly we are around in the evenings for a chat, ideally we are looking for someone 30+, but nothing fixed. It would be nice to find someone who finds science facinating (Jeremy) as well as being a gaymer (Sarath)
Oh we should mention we are not party people at all and I like to keep the flat clean, quiet and tidy (there's no cleaning rota or anything like that but be prepared to be clean and respectful of the space) no smoking allowed inside the flat and non-smokers preferred.
Boring money stuff: the rent is £625 plus bills, and the deposit is 6 week's rent in advance (£938) which goes through all the proper deposit scheme channels.
Our landlady doesn't allow benefits, infuriatingly, and will do an employment check and take a reference from a previous landlord/other tenant.
