Luxury apartment in Stratford's East Village 🌺
I'm Louise, and I work as a Global Personal Assistant in the City. I've found my dream apartment in Stratford's super desirable East Village and I am looking for fun, friendly, clean, emotionally intelligent (and non-smoking!) professionals to share with me!
ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat is spacious, airy, light with floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area, a massive 'winter garden' balcony with stunning views, air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout, a massive bathroom space and each room is a high-spec, modern and comfortable double room for you to make your own. I have the en-suite room so I am offering the other 2 x lovely double rooms to any fab future tenants - I really love the fact that the rooms at the moment are kind of 'blank spaces' to put our own personal stamp on :)
ABOUT THE EAST VILLAGE
The East Village has an incredible community spirit, and they often run events like festivals, markets, yoga on the green and theatrical events, all for residents only. All of this plus the fact it's just a 5 minute walk from Westfield's.. which can be dangerous if, like me, you're a bit of a shopaholic! There is loads of luscious green space and you honestly don't feel like you're in London amongst all the green trees, cycle space and parkland. East Village is also buzzing with it's own community restaurants, bars and shops, and there is an onsite GP, dry cleaner's and even an escape room to solve, if that's your kind of thing!!
ABOUT GET LIVING
The flat is managed through company Get Living - PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT CURRENTLY LIVE IN THE APARTMENT - I have reserved it through Get Living on the premise that I can find 2 x tenants to share with me too, and the idea is that we will all sign on together, as this is Get Living's terms. Signing on is subject to reference checks and proof of salary - YOU MUST BE EARNING OVER 25K in order to sign on - again, this is a non-negotiable term put in place by Get Living, for their East Village rentals. There is no security deposit and no other fees which is great!
RENT - PLEASE READ THIS BIT CAREFULLY! :)
The total rent for the flat is £2500 a month, and the flat has the max capacity for 5 people.
Assuming there are 3 single flatmates, the rent is £834 a month and doesn’t include bills - bills can total around £60-£80 a month so please bear in mind this would be on top of rent. IF A COUPLE WERE TO MOVE IN, the rent would decrease and be split fairly among us 4 (1 x couple, 2 x single tenants). If 2 x couples were to move in along with my single self, (5 people total) it'd decrease per head again - I would cross this bridge when I come to it, I'm just on the initial hunt for tenants!
I'm a very sociable, happy-go-lucky ambivert who loves to socialise, but at the same time I enjoy my own space to recharge after a busy day :) I'm looking for 2 x people who will hopefully wish to become friends as well as flatmates - I'm interested in making this a home and not just somewhere to sleep. I love a coffee/glass of wine catch up together after a busy day, I love great conversation - anything as deep as the meaning of life, to as banal as Love Island! - and in my personal time I enjoy dance classes, keeping fit, music and 'the usual' pastimes: festivals, travelling, fun etc!
If you like the sound of all of the above, fit the requirements and think you'd feel as passionate about this flat as I do, feel free to drop me a message, and we can meet to see how we get along. I am looking to move quite quickly on this!
Thanks for reading.
