Your Room
Your room is light, airy and has an en-suite shower room. Your room has a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers to accommodate all your storage needs. An office desk and chair to work, or use as a dressing table with book and picture shelves for your special photos and pictures.

All your housemates are full-time working professionals, all in their 20s and early 30’s, working in professional jobs in and around the Shirley and Solihull area. They want to live with quiet, respectful and friendly housemates whom become friends — people like them.

Communal Areas
There is a weekly cleaner for all the communal areas.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect space to prepare your favourite meals after a hard day at work, with appliances and utensils waiting to be used. The kitchen has a large dining table with chairs for socialising with your new housemates.

A separate utility room contains a large washing machine and tumble dryer for your use.
