We're looking for a friendly, chilled new housemate for a double room in our newly converted warehouse in Manor House.

The available room is a spacious double with wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows, a large Velux skylight and real wood floors. The rent includes absolutely all bills and a cleaner twice a month for communal areas. The room is available to couples however a surcharge of £100pcm applies.

We have a large open plan kitchen with an extendable table where we often have meals together. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 showers and a washing machine/tumble drier. There is central heating throughout and the property has thick walls which keep it warm in water and cool in summer.

Our lounge has comfy sofas where we like to chill with wall to wall glazed windows and double doors opening out onto our private decking area with BBQ and seating.

The warehouse is right at the heart of a creative community of warehouses and art spaces. While it is a lively and friendly area, we are not a party warehouse. There is, however, plenty going on in the area from classes to gigs and food at nearby New River Studios.

We are a 10 minute walk (and 2-3 minute bus ride) to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) as well as a 10 minute walk to Seven Sisters tube (Victoria Line). We are also a 10 minute walk to the Overground (Stamford Hill). A short cycle ride brings you to Stoke Newington and Dalston, with their cafes, bars and restaurants.
