Fantastic chance to move into a very comfortable and really rather cool minimalist house in what was voted the 'Top Town to live in in the UK'.

Commutable to Bath (but with far more parking) comes this lovely home.

The master bedroom is becoming available for the first time in nearly 4 yrs so she must really have loved it here.

This room is on the garden side of the house and very peaceful. It is located near canal walks etc in a good residential area and boasts a huge wardrobe for your clothes, ample storage units and the most comfortable bed I have ever had the good fortune to sleep on. Some lucky person should snap this one up super quick. I used to live there once upon a time and the hardest thing to do was to leave behind that ‘best nights sleep ever’ bed!

Coming a very close second was the excellent and sunny open plan kitchen which is a delight to cook in... and cook we often did on the double width Smeg range oven and six burner gas hob.

A main Sainsburys is just an easy walk to the end of the road (so you will never run out of food/ wine/beer) and can enjoy breakfast with the French doors open, sitting in the sun looking at the very easy to maintain lawn. There is even an office which doubles up as an occasional guest room.

The area is peaceful, the neighbours friendly and walks along the canal will beckon and tempt you to out and about and get you fitter than fit. There is a gym round the corner next to the supermarket (complete with a handy cash machine). There is even a shirt ironing service so that you can turn up to meetings super smart and you can pick up your beautifully ironed shirts should you wish, along with your groceries. Living the dream!

If you have a bike you can keep it in the garden as there is a convenient side access gate.

The town is very well served indeed with eateries of all sorts, pubs, tea rooms and restaurants galore. Also a swimming pool.

Easy as pie to commute from here to just about anywhere but especially the University of Bath by car or to Bath centre or Bristol for nights out by train as there is a railway station 16 mins walk (although with longer legs than mine I am sure you can do it in far less).

This house is a delight to live in. It operates as a house share with three rooms rented out, the room which is becoming available for the first time in nearly four whole years so that says it all.

Looking for someone who will keep the house clean and tidy, in good order and get on with the other two house sharers. It’s not a Monday to a Friday let and is for single occupation only for a lucky non-smoking professional individual, male or female (currently its a female orientated house) An ideal home away from home for contractors or a place to settle if your circumstances are such.
