A Very safe, warm, comfy room to relax in after work and access to a large clean kitchen and bathroom that would be either for sole use or shared with one other person if both rooms rented as we have our own en-suite.

Our first double room is newly available due to our long term Lockheed Martin lodgers contract ending. It is to the rear of the house so nice and quiet and right next to the main bathroom. The room has king size bed, large TV, and a set of drawers and we will provide a kettle and starter kit for tea and coffee in your room plus a shelf in the fridge and use of the microwave, counter top halogen oven and toaster.

Bathroom has a walk in shower , loo and sink with mirrored cabinet above.

We also have a lovely large sunny down stairs room at the front of the property. New Double bed, smart tv, comfy sofa, Kettle in room and starter kit. Downstairs loo for evenings. Shelf in fridge for your own use and use of microwave, toaster and halogen oven.

The rooms are £ 425 a month, Mon evening until Fri morning Any occasional extra nights £25 a night but no Saturday nights.

3 months minimum let and One months notice required when leaving on all rooms and the standard months deposit to be fair on both sides.


Lots of on street parking available and never a problem.

We tend to keep ourselves to ourselves as a couple. Of course we are friendly when passing but we like our own company and space and will fully respect yours. So the rooms would suit people looking for a lovely standard of accommodation in a very nice peaceful home that is always well heated, lots of hot water and very comfortable but wants their own space and privacy, especially good for those seeking a peaceful environment after a hectic day.

We live in a Lovely large 5 bedroom detached property in a peaceful village with close proximity to Ampthil (3 miles) Shefford, Bedford, Lockheed Martin, Luton, centre parks, Woburn Safari park and Cranfield university (only 9 miles away )also Flitwick town and station only 4 miles away with easy access to London, also leisure centre with gym and swimming pool for those that like to stay in shape.
We are also 1 minute walk to the bus stop for buses to Bedford and Flitwick.

village pub 5 minutes walk serving excellent food a nice Italian about the same distance and many others not far away including several takeaways.
There is also a coop 5 minutes walk for shopping, ping meals and sandwiches etc.

We are a quiet, friendly and busy household who will respect your privacy. You are of course free to come and go as you please we just ask you respect others and are quiet after 9 pm as we are all up very early for work. We are very clean and tidy and require the same in a lodger.

None smokers only please, No house guests.
