My double room (available unfurnished or part furnished) in a lovely garden flat will be available from 1 November.
The flat is brilliantly located, just off the high street on a quiet residential road less than five minutes' walk from Tulse Hill station (with frequent direct trains taking less than 20 minutes to get to the City).
I have lived here very happily for three years, but am moving in with my boyfriend in a vastly inferior part of London. You'll be living with my good friend Ashley, a 32 y. o. working in the charity sector. The flat would suit a young professional who has mostly passed through the wild party phase.
The flat has a good sized kitchen and bathroom with a bath/shower (great water pressure!). There is a pleasant private garden which is well-maintained by Ash, although I'm sure he'd be happy to have help if you're so inclined.
The room is £700 pcm plus bills/council tax/a fortnightly cleaner (approximately £160 per month in total). Deposit is £807. The agents insist on meeting the new tenant in person which involves going to their offices in Walthamstow with your passport; the deposit is fully protected.
The bed will be coming with me but some of the other furniture/electronics can stay behind if you're in need.
