Large Double Room in 3 Bed Flat Share
Available 8th December. Large double bedroom in Stockwell flat with 2 girls , 3 minute walk from Stockwell Tube. Seeking another girl aged between 18-35:
I’m sadly moving out so will be leaving a lovely 3 bed flat share with 2 girls in their 20s in Stockwell.
3 minute walk from Stockwell tube station (Victoria and Northern line). Loads of great bars and restaurants. A 10 minute walk to both Brixton and Clapham. Many buses going into central London. 2 large Sainsbury’s over the road.
Set over 2 floors with a kitchen, separate living/dining room and balcony on the first floor and 3 bedrooms, shower/bath and toilet on the second floor.
You will get the biggest room in the flat which comes with a double bed, mattress, desk, bedside table, curtains, wardrobe (+ in-built wardrobe space) and chair. The room has 2 massive windows which open out, so lots of natural light.
Your rent would be £689 per month (really good for the location) and we each pay around £80 a month for bills which we keep track of via a phone app. Deposit is £769.
About the flat mates:
You will be moving in with 2 girls, one is a nurse and one a professional, both in their 20s. It is a social flat but we all like doing our own thing too, we all met through spare room.
The girls are looking for another girl to join the flat, not fussed by age.
Please get in touch if you are interested or have questions.
