~ Flatmate required ~
My current flatmate is unfortunately moving to Glasgow for new work opportunities and thus I’m looking for a replacement. The flat is just off Mayfield, which is approx. 30 mins walk to George Street. It’s a quiet, family orientated street and everyone is really friendly.
I’m currently working 7-5pm as a Civil Engineer across the central belt, mainly in Edinburgh. This means I live quite a chill life through the week but make the most of the weekends by socialising with the boyf/friends, shopping and exploring the city further. I’m originally from Northumberlan/Newcastle but I’ve lived here for 6 years after graduating in 2017.
I’m looking to find somebody who is in a similar mindset, chilled and would be partial to the odd G&T/cuppa together. I’m also well house trained, clean and tidy and it’s important that the person taking over the tenancy is also respectful of communal space. It’s also a long-term tenancy, not suitable for somebody visiting, or on placement.
The move in date would be approx. 23rd November, although it could be the week following this. I’m awaiting confirmation from the letting agents. Rent is £575, bills are approx. £110 for CT, utilities and WiFi. The deposit is £400 and there’s free on street parking!
Also, to note that the bedroom in the pictures is my current room. However, it may be the larger room that’s available for renting (bonus for you!).
If you’re interested, drop me a msg and we can arrange a viewing.
