Double room overlooking Arthur’s Seat
My lovely flat-mate is moving to Glasgow for a promotion and sadly needs to leave. The room will be available from the end of November 🏠
Location: Overlooking Arthur’s Seat within the new Bellway Development. You have Meadowbank Shopping Centre on the doorstep, good bus routes, near Leith Walk and the main city centre.
Room: Fully furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, two lamps, fitted wardrobe and both pictures on the walls - you are more than welcome to bring your own things to make it more personal.
Flat: Open-planned kitchen/lounge with stunning views out of each window and comes with all appliances as well as cutlery, crockery and glassware. TV will be in the lounge and the main bathroom will be mainly for your use as I have the en-suite (the only time that the main bathroom would be used is if we both have family/friends visiting). Bills are not included, however, not expensive in the slightest. This can be discussed, if interested.
About me: I am 22 and a Business Development Manager which can involve some travelling, therefore, I may be away from the flat some nights. I love socialising with my friends, enjoying a glass of wine or two whilst watching the box and swimming. It would be important for me to meet someone that enjoys sitting down together at night, however, appreciate our own time also 🥂✨
If you want to know more and see the flat, just drop me a little message and we can get it organised 🌸
