This beautiful room is available to rent as I (Hannah) am leaving the area but the two other girls still living at the house (Lauren and Carolyn) would like to remain at the property.
This lovely modern house is well connected, just an 8 minute walk from Raynes park high street which has multiple supermarkets/ pubs restaurants and a gym.
The house has great transport links, just an 8 minute walk to both Raynes park and Wimbledon chase train station. Whilst the bus stop at the end of the road gets you to either Wimbledon for the district line or Morden for the northern line in under 15 minutes.
A large and modern three bedroom house with a lovely garden and room for permit parking if needed. The kitchen is well equipped and furnished to the highest standard with a large American style fridge freezer/ dishwasher/ washer dryer and best of all wine fridge! There is also a dining area with separate island perfect for socialising. The cosy living room has a large screen tv and a comfortable sofa bed which can be used if having guests stay over. Downstairs there is also a small toilet and a lovely well maintained back garden with decking, garden furniture and a BBQ. On the second floor there are two bedrooms a a family bathroom.
This room is large bright and airy well an extremely comfortable king size bed. There is plenty of space to store clothes and a small alcove which can easily hold a book case or seating area. The bedroom leads onto a large en-suite bathroom. The shower has great water pressure and the bathroom also includes a vanity area with a large mirror and space to hold toiletries.
There is also loft storage space available.
Two females Lauren and Carolyn will be staying in the house, both mid twenties. Lauren is an events manager and Carolyn is a masters student studying a degree in teaching. Both enjoy socialising in and outside the house whether it’s drinks and dinner in one of the many surrounding bars and restaurants or watching the latest Netflix show on the sofa at home. They are looking for someone clean, tidy and sociable who enjoys spending time in the house and having fun but it is also respectful after a hard days work when peace and quiet is needed.
