En-suite room in East Village

We’ve a place coming up in our flat due to a flatmate moving out to buy his own place - likely to complete in December. Looking for a replacement to move in from then. It’s bedroom 1 (with en-suite) on the plans in the photos.

The flat is a 3-bed situated on Olympic park avenue with south westerly views back towards the stadium and London Town across the Olympic Park.

The flat:
Large open plan living space which is furnished (but we’d welcome your inputs too!) and a good sized kitchen with everything you’d expect from a GetLivingLondon property. The room itself is unfurnished but GLL can normally provide furnishings at no additional cost, if that’s what’s needed. There’s a winter garden (kind of like a large balcony that you can close off from the elements) which catches the sun for a lot of the day as we’re SW facing.

The area:
East village is a great place to live. Plenty of cafes, bars and open space if you just want to go for walks, jogs etc. Victoria park and Hackney wick are only minutes away. Transport links from Stratford are great - jubilee to Waterloo, central across town and overground if you’re staying north. Plus it’s not too far to cycle out into the countryside of Epping forest and beyond if you need to escape.

The people:
Rob and Glenn. Both professionals working in central London in IT / Data roles. Very easy going and keen to find someone to live with rather than simply fill an empty room.
