This is the room to be rented

First off, below you will find the landlord's description of the place. What follows now is my description of us, the couple who lives here.

I am the female half of the couple living in the house at the moment and I'm helping with the process of finding us a housemate (or two).

We are a millennial couple, with almost everything that comes with it, minus the avocado toast. That is, we are LGBT-friendly, we are "snowflakes", we have a dark sense of humour and we are liberals who take the piss out of ourselves. We are pretty boring, we don't drink or party, we equally like deep conversations and light-hearted ones, and we respect the right to privacy. I personally like honest, direct people who just say what they want and are open to negotiation. Nothing worse than quietly stewing about who did or didn't do the dishes.
We also have a manic dog, she's little but feisty, and will eventually accept that you aren't a threat if 1. you aren't afraid of her and 2. feed her chicken on the regular. So being a dog lover (and occasionally a dog therapist) is a must.

***Due to personal reasons, the most recent occupant had to vacate. This means that the double room where he lived in, is up for rent in a lovely, quiet, residential neighbourhood.

The house itself is a mid-terraced house with a garden in the back and the front as well. The rear of the property has parking space for two cars. The house has a large sized lounge which opens up into the dining area, adjacent to the open-planned kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary white goods and amenities and has plenty of storage cabinets available. The house has superfast fibre optic broadband and is literally a minute walk away from the bus route to the town centre/University. ALL the bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax, water, internet)

The room itself is a large sized double room. The room has a double bed, a double wardrobe, a desk/table and a bed side table.

The master bedroom in the house is occupied by a professional couple who are quiet and tidy.

There is also a third bedroom which is occasionally used by me if I come up to Yorkshire to visit.

The couple have a small rescue dog, Dora, who lives in the house too, so you MUST be a dog-lover.

I would ideally be looking to rent long-term to a professional, single or I wouldn't mind renting a couple either. I don't mind if you smoke, as long as it is done outside the house. I would prefer an open-minded person who is tidy and is respectful for the property. This is NOT a party house and am not looking to rent it to some alcoholic party person. You have to be respectful of the couple and Dora living in the house.

The financials are typical - I would need the month's rent in advance and a month's rent as deposit which would be refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to any damage and deductions.
