Come join my flatmate and I in a friendly flatshare in Hove. We live in a spacious three bedroom flat on Eaton Gardens.

The flat has a large lounge/diner with breakfast bar and balcony, the kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine and oven. The flat has 3bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate 2nd toilet, the flat is on the 2nd floor of a purpose built block with a lift. Hove station is a couple of minutes walk away along with Tesco/George street/The gym and the beach nearby! On street parking is available and it’s close to bus stops which will link you to most parts of Brighton. You can also walk into Brighton in about 20 minutes.

The room- spacious double, west facing window and a triple corner wardrobe-£600 plus bills (£120)

Bills include a cleaner, council tax, gas, electric, water, internet, tv licence for lounge and the tv has Netflix.

My flatmate and I both work Monday- Friday so the flat is a calm space but friendly- we’ll have a series on the go for when we’re in together but equally have independent social lives and interests.

The room is available now and we’re looking for a friendly professional non smoker to join us.
