Double Room with En-Suite, City Centre
A VERY SPACIOUS double room with en-suite.
Fully furnished with desk, USB point, shelves, plenty of storage, and double bed with deep, quality orthopaedic mattress.
On the lower ground floor of a large Victorian house, with beautiful large garden and patio, in a quiet and fashionable neighbourhood close to the city centre.
There are late shops and takeaways within easy walking distance. It is a ten minute walk to the railway station with easy access to the cycle route to the university, and the bus stop is just around the corner.
There is a well equipped kitchen with all utensils, crockery etc. microwave toaster, kettle, cofee maker washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a master bathroom for use by the occupants of the two other rooms.
£700, per calendar month to include all bills and high speed broadband. There is plenty of free parking on-street, but no off street parking.
It's available for one month minimum, which is extendable, or for an international, post graduate or mature student for the duration of their course. This would also be an ideal 'gap filler' if you are looking for a more permanent place or relocating..
Just to clarify, I live in a separate flat in the same house, so you are not sharing with me, but I am usually available when needed. I occupy myself mainly by gardening, DIY, travelling, and occasionally teaching English.
All enquiries welcome.
