🛏 The flat is a 3-bed and this is the biggest room in it (roughly 13 sq m). It is equipped with a king size bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, triple big chest of drawers, bedside table, high ceilings, carpets, blackout blinds and 3 windows (one single and one double) as well as two sources of lighting. There is 70x110cm storage space next to the wardrobe and can fit a desk in the room too (I’ll be taking mine).

🛋 The flat has a nice *lounge and dining area* separate from the kitchen as well as a storage room. The kitchen has hobs, fridge, oven, microwave, loads of storage, toaster, washer/dryer, washing machine, kettle. It is not a party house, however one of the guys has a discount for the pub on the ground floor and the occasional dinner party/brunch is well received 😊

📍The location is gentrified, very safe and central- Clerkenwell - 2 min walk from Angel station and Upper Street - the home to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, and it’s about 15 min walk from kings cross. Plenty of buses are available in the area too. The flat is also in proximity to Chapel Market- food market during the week, farmers market on the weekend and plenty of restaurants on the market ranging from Indian buffet to Korean and Japanese to McDonalds. Very close to angel centre (food and shopping H&M, Uniqlo etc) as well as close to a Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Iceland.

🙎‍♂️The house is quite international and the flatmates are two lovely guys- Matt and Francisco, 27-30, both professionals in tech, from Australia and Chile, and up for a chat but respecting everybody’s space. We’ve had some great chats about South Park, politics, economics, general tech industry and binging Netflix shows. So respectively looking for another professional, regardless of gender or nationality.

💵 The rent is £935pm. All bills are up to £100pm, cleaners are usually arranged for deep cleaning every once in a while. The goal is for everybody to keep the place tidy. Deposit is 5 weeks rent and there is a credit check by the agency, no other agency costs.
