I am a live in landlady (30yo) of a large, spacious period property with a fantastic garden overlooking Cross Flatts Park. All rooms are large doubles without en-suite, however, there is a toilet per room with 2 showers and a bath in separate rooms.
You should be pet friendly as I have a cheeky Alsatian x huskey who will want a lot of attention !
room is fully furnished (not the furniture in the pics but similar), yet there is still space + flexibility if you have some of your own.
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances inc dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery etc if you didn’t have your own I am happy to share. Washer+dryer inc.
The house is large with 2 reception rooms, a basement storage room, utility and an attic study/snug. All spaces are suitable for working from home and there would be plenty of room for the whole house to WFH and not interrupt each other.
All bills included, fast Virgin Media Broadband, council tax, TV licence.
We are best friends who have purchased the house, however only one of us will be living here full time. I am looking for tidy, respectful professional housemates to share my lovely home with. I would ideally like to live as a cohesive group and spend down time & cook together, however I also respect people needing their own space.
I have recently turned 30 and work in Environmental Health.
I enjoy music and gigs, socialising, cooking, a glass of good wine, making cocktails, yoga and now lots more f dog walking! I started the park run in the park here and am looking forward to it starting again after Covid
On street parking no permits required. Secure bike storage in garage.
Plenty of shops within a 5 min walk or cycle. 5 mins drive to White Rose Centre, John Charles Centre and Elland Road.
12 mins drive/taxi to the train station/town or. 20 minute cycle/ bus from the end of the road.
I would say the ideal location for someone working outside of Leeds as well as needing access to town i. e Manchester/Wakefield/Bradford as good access to m62/m1.
