Room in a house in Kingston

Room with private bathroom up in the eves available in a family home with myself and an 11 year old. It can be furnished or unfurnished.

The house has a garden, parking, access to lovely walks and nature and a walk over the downs to Lewes. You will need your own transport as Kingston is a bit off the track. It's 15 - 20 minutes from Brighton and 5 minutes from Lewes.

We are nature loving, relaxed, sociable and often have a creative project (or two) on the go. There is no TV. We would love to have someone to share our home with, working or studying.

If you are interested and think this house sounds like a place you would like to live then send a bit of info about yourself ( age, profession, interests etc). As its lockdown, we can do a video call to meet each other and I can give you a video tour of the house. If we're both interested from that meeting then we will arrange a covid safe visit and you can see the house and meet us in person.
