I am sadly moving out of my current house share and I’m looking for somebody to replace me in this wonderful home.
The house is a 4 bed Victorian property situated on a quiet street with a modern fitted kitchen, e. g. new dishwasher, washing machine, double oven, a dining room over looking the quiet back garden, a large living room, a bathroom and a nice sized garden. We have a Smart TV. The front of the house was nicely refurbished. Double glazing windows and wooden floor are throughout the house. It is well furnished and there's plenty of space to do your own thing as well as spending time together.

The house is 3 min walk from Turnpike Lane tube/Piccadilly Line which is well connected to central London, Kings Cross and St Pancras as well as other national rail stations and Heathrow Airport. The location is great with Wood Green high street and all the shops you need a 5 minute walk away, plus there are great transport links - bus and tube so it's never difficult to get anywhere. On street parking is also available, with a residents permit.

The room:
1 spacious double room on the 1st floor facing the back garden. It is furnished with a double bed , a wardrobe and a table/desk, drawers and a large bookshelf. The rent for the room is £150pw ex bills or £650 per month ex bills, with council tax on top which is paid to the landlord making the total £692 for rent and council tax. Deposit is £692.
Estimated total bills (water, gas, electric and WiFi) are around £80 on average per person per month on the basis of 4 people sharing
Contract Term is 4 months (the remainder of my current contract which ends in September) however the landlord is more than happy to renew the contract for the room at that point should you wish to stay and is actively looking for long term tenants. Reference check required

John is a politics graduate, hes 23. Hes from Yorkshire, he loves to bake (bagels, cakes, biscuits - and he is always happy to share his creations) and drink good wine!
Rufus is a media researcher, he’s 24. Hobbies include comedy, sports, acting, and watching Netflix

The house is absolutely LGBTQ+ friendly, always!
