Plenty of shops, eateries and other amenities close by, and a short to Wallington town centre for even more shops, cafes, gyms, pubs and other amenities. Nearest transport is Wallington train station only around 10 mins walk away. This has frequent direct trains into Victoria, London Bridge, Croydon and just 6 stations away is Balham where it connects with the tube Northern Line.

I am upfront, honest and approachable and go above and beyond to help and support all of my tenants. I always make time to deal with any maintenance issues quickly and professionally. I do prefer longer term tenants (min. 6 months) although happy to consider individual’s needs.
