We have a bright room available in the house overlooking the main garden on the back.. The house is lovely, refurbished, spacious and nicely decorated, with a garden and a wooden shed. It is a 3 stories house so it feels often very quiet and we are all friendly and tidy.

For car owners, there is fast permit in the street (No queues, Mon to Fri, free weekends) or free parking 200 yards/meters from the house.

For Bicycle owners we have a wooden shed in the garden to keep bikes safe and sheltered.

Great location in one of the best residential areas in the city, few minutes walk to Preston Park railway station, near to bus stops and just off Dyke Road with easy access to the A23 and A27. We're in easy walking distance of Seven Dials, Hove Park and Preston Park.

The house benefits from a large living room and a big fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, 2 fridges, table and chairs, plenty of storage), 2 toilets, Wi-Fi and a home cinema TV set with a smart 3D TV.

The room is a good sized double, with original fireplace, window overlooking the garden, and some furniture with a new double bed.
