Hello, double room available in a wonderful flat, in the heart of portobello, and overlooking the sea.

Located on a quiet section of the promenade, 5 mins walk from the high street, Miro's ice cream, and Beach House cafe. Bus stop into the city centre is at the end of the street, and takes 20-30mins. Leith Shore is only 10mins cycle away.

The flat is on the 4th floor, with lift access, great light and outstanding views. It's a new build so really warm and with low energy bills. There's underground parking (incl. in price) and secure storage for bikes. Outdoor space includes a shared garden at the front of the building, and a balcony overlooking the sea.

The double room available has amazing sea views, plenty storage, and a work space. However, the desk is quite small so you might want to bring your own if you're WFH at the moment. The room is available now so the move in date is flexible but preferably no later than the beginning of March.

You'll be living with me; 27, Architect trainee, sociable, friendly and outdoorsy. I'm working from home at the moment but expect to be back in the office once Covid is under control.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is about the same age, outgoing, tidy, and good company. Would be nice to find someone who likes to share meals occasionally, enjoys chatting over wine, and might even join me on a wild swim!

I'm looking for a long-term flatmate so full-time employment/ masters or PHD student is highly preferable, as well as someone who is already based in Edinburgh. Open to males or females.
