We are looking for a fun, friendly face to join us in our cosy home. !!!
The room reduced from £625 to £580 (Bills are not included) but please budget up to £70 max per person to cover water, gas, electricity, council tax and super fast optic fibre internet.
House includes an open plan living room and kitchen!
We have a TV too 😃 which creates a lovely homely environment as winter draws in.
We are next to the famous Roman Road market and Victoria Park. We are in walking distance of really cool bars and pubs.
Looking for an open minded housemate who enjoy a glass of wine and socialising in the week BUT are mindful of one another's space and do not hold loud disruptive parties.. ❤
You will be living with Niamh who works for university, Sean is a journalists.

This is with a private landlord who we deal with directly so no agencies 🙂 with a signed tenancy agreement - perfect for those who do not want to sublet.
Open minded with ages as Niamh is 30, Sean is 27 - ideally looking for other professionals to live with. We love living in east London and really love the area. We're looking to find people who are going to make this place feel like a home.
The flat itself has a great living space with a light and cosy living room, massive couch, huge kitchen and separate shower/toilet (perfect for busy mornings). We’ve also got a desk with lots of space and really fast internet if you currently need to work from home.
The rooms are large doubles and comes with a double bed, gets loads of natural light throughout the day and comes with a ton of storage (wardrobe, big chest of drawers and shelving)
The flat is an airy, bright and plant-filled space with a big open plan kitchen/living room with 2 massive, comfy couches – great for cooking, socialising.
We have access to a communal grassy garden outdoor space, which we share with the other flats in our building, plus we’re a 5-minute walk to Victoria Park, which we consider our extended garden.
There are lots of local amenities for post-lockdown life, great local pubs and restaurants and it's very well connected in terms of transport. Mile End station is a less than 10-minute walk away (Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines), and we’re 2 minutes away from the bus stop for the number 8 bus (Bethnal Green in 10 minutes, Shoreditch in 15, Liverpool Street and the City in 20).. Bow Church DLR and Bow stations are about 15 minutes walk distance.
