It’s a peaceful chilled out modern, clean, tidy & friendly house in a private gated mews. Both rooms have access to very large private communal gardens in the estate by the canal.....great to chill and for exercise during another lockdown. Both rooms have access to large kitchen, diner, living area with 2 X sofas and 50 inch TV, DVD player also TV's in all rooms! This is an very exclusive house on a private estate. It is not Council or local authority owned or run. Most of the properties on this estate are houses not flats. It is a safe, friendly private professional community.
Room 3 is a double room with private en-suite shower toilet. It has a king size luxury memory foam bed. It is on the 2nd (top) floor of the house. It has its own flat screen TV with built in DVD, desk, large chest of drawers & drawers on either side of the bed. However, It has one SMALL wardrobe at the moment for hanging clothes. PLEASE be aware that this is a very low price for a quality room because it only has one small wardrobe available. We may be able to free up more wardrobe space when we return to London.
All rooms share the large Modern kitchen diner with 2 large fridges, so there’s plenty of fridge space.
Our home has been a houseshare since 2006 and has always had eclectic mix of broadminded people from all over the world, who have become and stayed friends..
Places of interest nearby:- Granary Square, Coal Drops Yard, British Library, Kings Place for concerts & culture, Comedy club, Tile Yard, numerous new restaurants, takeaways & bars nearby open very late. Pharmacy, dry cleaners, shoe menders, (30 secs). 24 hours Co Op petrol station 4 mins. Also, for bars, restaurants, shops, live music - Camden Town Market (20 mins walk by canal) and Angel (8 mins walk), Camden Working Men’s College 8 mins, St Martins College and new Waitrose Super Market 3 mins just to name a few!
