1️⃣The available room is for single occupancy (i. e. no couples sorry!)

🛏 The bedroom is on the first floor and comes with chest of drawers, double bed and mattress, wardrobe, tv point and sink. There is a double glazed window over looking the stunning garden.
📺 There is a LARGE COMMUNAL LOUNGE with stripped floors and a feature cast iron fireplace. There are two large black sofas, a flat screen tv, DVD player.

👩‍🍳 The LARGE KITCHEN has a washing machine, dishwasher, gas oven, microwave and fridge and a dining table. There's also a lean-to which provides a second fridge, freezer and hanging space for drying clothes.

🌞 There's a beautiful CONSERVATORY with 5 seater sofa, dining table and flat screen TV.

🌳 There is a lovely GARDEN with trees, decorative bandstand and garden seating.


🛏 There is also a small GUEST BEDROOM for visitors.

🚙 Parking is on street and currently free and first come, although this area of north watford is due to have CPZ introduced soon, and so a parking permit would then be needed.
