Currently seeking a new flatmate to come and live in our spacious full HMO five-bedroom, two-floor flat on Byres Road in the West End of Glasgow.
The flat is in a prime location, one minute from Hillhead subway station and a few minutes walk from a number of different bus routes via Great Western Road, Dumbarton Road or University Avenue, and so is ideally suited for anyone who works locally, on the south side or in the city centre. Close to all amenities with multiple supermarkets and grocers nearby including Waitrose, M&S and Morrisons.
The available bedroom is a double bedroom and comes furnished although some furniture can be moved if you have your own items you'd like to bring. There is also a large shared living room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom with shower and a second upstairs toilet. No students, couples, smokers or pets please, looking for young professionals happy to sign a joint tenancy agreement.
Rent is set at £425 a month, bills vary seasonally but have never exceeded £100 in the 3 & 1/2 years I've lived here. Any room offer would be subject to acceptable references and a deposit being paid, held by SafeDeposits Scotland.
