The flat is currently occupied by 3 Students (1 medical student – Glasgow University - Malaysian Origin, 1 PHD student – University of West of Scotland - Spanish Origin , 1 2nd Year Physiotherapy Student – English origin )
All these girls are between 23 to 27 years of age
Happy to accommodate a professional if it’s the right age and right attitude
You would be viewing the flat with the actual flatmates you would be living with.
Looking for a at least a 6 month lease till Jan 2023, Short term lease can only be arranged at a slightly higher price, for the right clean female.
The flat is 2 minutes away from Kinning Park in underground to all local Universities (Strathclyde, Caledonian and Glasgow University) and to city centre of Glasgow
