En suite £175 for 1/£230 for 2 inclusive bills

I have a double en suite room located on the 1st floor of a large 4 floor house in Belsize park. It is an ideal location as BelsizePark tube is walking distance and so is Hampstead Heath.

I am looking for a single person or a couple/2 friends sharing. I am open to taking student(s) or working professionals. At present I stay here and work in finance. There are 2 others, both females who are also working. The house allows one their own privacy and also the opportunity to socialise in the living room. However, this is not a party house. The rent of £760 for 1 or £1000 for 2 per month is fully inclusive of all bills; council tax, water rates, heating, electricity and WIFi.

Short term lets for a minimum period of 2 months also considered. I am flexible with viewings.
