(Available again as my lodger has unexpectedly been moved to the Preston office.) Freshly decorated double with brand new super comfy orthopaedic mattress, beautiful hand made curtains and blackout blind, good storage, and the best views in the house, over the garden and hills. It’s SW facing so bright and sunny. Shared house with professional female owner, my other lovely lodger and my friendly cat. The house is a proper home, nicely decorated, well looked after with all mod cons inc. superfast broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, amazing coffee machine, real log fire etc.

Looking for an easy going and chilled lodger who likes cats. We are both happy, outgoing and independent professionals. I’m separated from my husband (who now lives in Dorset), no children, lived in London for years and moved back to my hometown a few years ago. I always had lodgers in London and enjoy sharing.

There are 2 living rooms so we can be social and have our own space as we please, and your room is lovely if you like to shut yourself away.

House is in an amazing location, easy walk to decent pubs and Great Malvern and to Malvern Link train station. We have a French Boulangerie/Patisserie in the street, a newsagents and a corner shop; it’s a great street with nice neighbours.
