A room for a calm, clean lady in a quiet, neat, large 4 bedroom house with a family. We are a team of 3 people (2 ladies and 1 male) plus a kitten. There is a shower room upstairs and additional toilet downstairs. You will have access to communal areas - kitchen (new fridge shared with 1 person), dinning/ seating area and a large garden. The furninshing in the room consists of a doubld bed, desk, fitted wardrobe and a freestanding wardrobe. All bills, cleaning products and access to internet are included in the rental price. The house is next to a park, within a walking distance to the centre with shops, 0.7 miles to Ockendon station within Oyster Zone - one stop from Upminster.
