Amazing Room Available Immediately !

I am pleased to announce that one of the large rooms in our amazing 3 bedroom flat is available from immediately. The flat measures 1058 sq ft - it’s probably one of the biggest properties around the area.

Its a beautiful room soon to be re-painted(much bigger than the pictures), with lots of wardrobe space for all your cloths and comes with a little perk: the lovely balcony overlooking Elgin Avenue. The bed is a kingsize bed with plenty of space all around it (just so you can have a feel of how large the room is).

Flat
We have a very big kitchen and also a very big living room which includes a TV. We have plenty of storage area along the corridor. You will be sharing the bathroom with only one other person which is quite rare to find! :)

Bills
Bills are not included in the rent, water, internet and council tax are fixed, while the gas and electricity are variable depending on the season. We also get a cleaner ad hoc which is £15 (V cheap).

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood for those who don’t know it, is quite upscale and the apartment is situated in a prime location in one of the mansion blocks.
The Bakerloo line (Maida Vale station) is the closest line - just a 5 minute walk.

We like our flat to be neat and clean & always clean after ourselves. You will probably see this is one of the tidiest flats :)

We are ideally looking for a tidy and friendly female flatmate to join us and within the age range who will suite our wonderful laidback flat.
