Large sunny double room available in Streatham
I am sadly leaving my lovely Streatham flat that I have shared for 2 years to get a place of my own.
My room is a large double with its own fireplace and large built in wardrobe. The room come unfurnished but I would be happy to negotiate selling my bed and mattress if needed. The living room and kitchen is open plan and there is a garden which is great in the summer for bbqs. We have a ‘snug’ bean bag room which is the loveliest room to work from home from, read in or hang out with your friends.
Less than a 10 minute walk to Streatham Common, Streatham high street and lots of shops including a large Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s and M&S food hall. 10-15 minute walk to Streatham Hill station which is well connected to Victoria, Clapham Junction and more. Plus bus routes to Brixton, Clapham and Tooting easily accessible.
Currently sharing with two lovely females who both work for the NHS. They are at times working from home but mainly out and about during the day. We mainly spend our evenings watching films, having dinner together and having drinks at the weekend. The hope is to find someone who would want to get involved in the social aspect of the houseshare and not just see it as a room to rent.
Bills (inc weekly cleaner) are roughly £130 pcm (£50 council tax, £35 gas and electric, £10 internet, £15 water + £33 cleaner)
