I am looking for someone to take over my room in this flat, located in the great area of Battersea.
The 3-bed flat is located very near Clapham Junction, with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area. Battersea Park is also within a walkable distance.
You will be sharing the flat with 2 friendly, respectful female flatmates.
Your room includes a double bed with an ensuite, as well as plenty of storage.
The room is available to move into once lockdown ends in early December but I am very flexible on move in dates.
Deposit: £832
Rent: £606
Bills are not included but are approximately £100 per month.
