Room to rent in gorgeous house in brixton

We are currently looking for 5 new flatmates to join our 6 bedroom house!
We live in a 4 story town house in Brixton complete with huge high ceilings and a big garden.
Due to our flatmates moving out because of COVID. We have a number of rooms available

The room comes fully furnished and with an automatic murphy bed which you can use should you like more space.
We also have a large garden which we use for bbqs in the summer and bonfires in the winter.
We are looking for a friendly housemate that would like to join us! We have dinners usually every now and then together and wines but also respect eachothers privacy.
The bills are 102 on top. Bills include broadband, council tax water and a cleaner that comes twice a week (house is always clean 😊)
We also have a downstairs basement where we have a washer and dryer. I am one of the housemates unfortunately moving but I am my room is the listed room at 975.
