Furnished Double Room in New Build

Hi there

I’ve recently moved into a 2 bed flat in a new build gated development in Colliers Wood. The flat is south facing so gets all the lovely sunshine! It’s furnished and the room is cozy with a large cupboard + mirror, bedside table and double bed. There’s space for other furniture if you want to bring anything or I’m happy to purchase extra for the room if needed. It’s a blank canvas to make your own. I’m flexible on move in date, so can work around what’s best for you.

A bit about me:
I’m 29 years old working in Business Operations from home (until early next year only hopefully), otherwise I’ll be in the office with pretty standard hours. Love the odd lazy evening chilling infront of the TV (big fan of Love Island and the odd documentary). Most of the time I’m out and about with friends exploring new places or just going out for drinks/food. I’m a tidy person who is easy going and loves a laugh.

Looking for a likeminded housemate that’d be happy to put their own little touch to the place. Someone that’s happy to cook the odd meal together and have a laugh but at the same time to also be happy to do their own thing.

Hopefully it’ll be a place that you can treat like and call home :)

About the area:
Located in Zone 3 on the northern line you can get into the city in 25 mins. 20min walk to Tooting and close to the National Trust park and the Commons. It’s a 5 min walk to the retails parks where you have a good choice of shops, restaurants and gyms.

Bills and rent:
Rent includes Sky TV and Internet.
Other shared bills inc water, electric, gas and council tax which are about £130 per month.
