Minimum contract 6 months. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.

The property is located in a quiet residential street only 5 msn walking distance from the main train station in Wimbledon ( District and Circle line) that will take you for less than 15 mins to Earls Court, Victoria, Waterloo or anywhere central. The bus stop is also 5 msn walking with great links to Kingston, Surbiton, Sutton, Tooting, Streatham. Day and night busses running every 10 mins will conveniently take you anywhere from Wimbledon village to downtown London.

Wimbledon is known for its pubs, bars and small restaurants along the high street.
Tesco and Morrison will satisfy your choice for grocery shopping.
