The room is furnished with a single bed (some housemates had a double bed before) and a wardrobe, and it is overlooking the garden. Great residential area very close to Preston Park railway station, near to bus stop and just off Dyke Road with easy access to the A23 and A27. We're in easy walking distance of Seven Dials and Hove Park. . We are all tidy, friendly and easy going people and it doesn't feel like a busy house as it is big and split into 3 floors. We are looking for a friendly professional housemate who is house-trained and will respect the shared space by being clean and tidy. We would consider a mature student.

The house benefits from a large living room and a big fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, 2 fridges, plenty of storage), fast Wi-Fi. We also have free on-street parking 200 yards/meters from the house.

Smoking in the garden is okay.
