En Suite available at the mansion!

THE PLACE:
Hey guys here we have an epic ground floor 4 bed period property on the seafront, in the heart of kemptown village. It’s literally a stones throw from the beach which is ideal year round, particularly if you’re into sea swimming or just chilling on the beach. It’s near to open bakery in kemptown and also ground coffee if you like your baked goods and delectable coffee to boot. There’s space for a bike in the corridor, the place is cavernous, you really do have to come and see it. The lounge is HUGE with open plan kitchen. Cooks most welcome!! There is also a washer / dryer room.

THE ROOM:
It’s an en suite double as seen in the pics, the en suite has a nice shower /toilet/sink unit and window. The room won’t come furnished as shown in the pics. So you can do what you like with it! It’s quiet and looks out onto the courtyard which is accessed by the room next door.

THE FLATMATES:
I’m Kesha, I’m 28 and I work in the NHS as a paramedic. I love travel when we can!
Kitty is 24 and works at the hospital in theatres
Izzy is 22 and works at Waitrose whilst studying a masters
