Beautiful double bedroom & en-suite in Leyton

Hi

I have a furnished double bedroom with en-suite available in a beautiful new build in my large apartment in Leyton.

The apartment also has a large open plan kitchen and living room which includes a large kitchen table, two sofas, dishwasher and washing machine.

A little bit about me: I am an easy going and social Irish guy who works as a freelance marketer in music and hospitality. I am quite house proud and I enjoy cooking and sharing the occasional meal with my flatmates as well as leaving you to your own plans.

I do love my music, going to gigs (when we are allowed again), going for long cycles on the weekend, love cooking brunch, a Netflix binge and like for us both to feel like the apartment is our home.

Having a chilled and fun home is important for me that we both feel it has that. I am happy to have a chat over the phone or video to get to know more about each other and the flat.

I recently took the flat with consideration that two people can comfortably work from home. The huge space in the living room with the 6 seater kitchen table allows that for both of us. Below the apartment is also a co-working space, yoga studio, podcast studio, cafe as well as being less than 10 minutes from Leyton tube!
