Small double in cosy flat, Seven dials
We are three friends; two young professionals and one mature student with a spare small double going in our cosy, modern flat in Seven dials. Two of us are working/studying from home in the main living space at the moment due to lockdown and the other is still going off to work 5 days a week. We like to hang out in the evenings and chat, watch TV and like to bake together occasionally. We are all easy-going and friendly people who respect our shared space and would ideally find someone who is clean and tidy in communal areas.
The bedroom available is on the first floor which the same floor as another bedroom and the kitchen/living room (which is open plan). The flat has two toilets, a shower in the first-floor bathroom and a bath upstairs. The bedroom comes unfurnished, with room for small double (as pictured) or a single. We have a private landlord who is really helpful and responsive and the flat is in really great condition.
The house is in a great location in Seven dials, 2 mins walk to London road, and about 10 mins walk to Brighton station and the North Laines. The Seven dials has good coffee shops, a co-op, great pizza and a refil/ health food shop.
