Double bedroom in cozy 2BD flat - Abbeyhill
Looking for a professional in their 20’s + early 30’s to move into this cozy 2 bedroom, second floor flat in Abbeyhill with a lovely Australian (that’s me) from 18th Dec 2020. LGBTQ+ friendly!
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁: Eh7 £487.5 per month + £13.50 for wifi, council tax band B and roughly £20 for electricity + gas. The flat is cozy, bright and quiet. It’s located off the main road (London Rd junction) so lots of buses (4, 5, 19, 34, 45 104, 113, 124, X5, X7, X26, X44) close by + Sainsburys, Easter Greens and Lidl in walking distance. Free parking on the street. The bathroom has been renovated this year with a new shower room and separate toilet room. There is a large communal basement downstairs for extra storage eg bikes, spare furniture etc and a box room in the flat for storage. Anti maskers, please keep scrolling!
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲: I’m friendly and love having a chat/sharing meals/a beer or two but I do also appreciate my own and other's space. I love plants. I work for an animal welfare charity and am currently working from home 4 days a week. I’m a pescatarian and cook a lot of veggie food. I really appreciate tidy shared spaces. During lockdown I’ve done up the communal garden so will be keen to get back into it in Spring - you’re welcome to join! Like most Aussies you probably know, I’m happy to address an issue head-on rather than have it bubble over time.
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂: Friendly, open and honest professional! Appreciates tidy but liveable shared spaces. Likes having music or the radio playing in the background. Must love dogs (the movie and also the animal) Min 6 months stay.
𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁: Sorry no students, (very very sorry) pets, smoking or couples.
