Nice/bright double room in the heart of West End

I'm looking for a flatmate to share this nice apartment. It is a double bedroom with a separated personal bathroom. The flat is located in a very nice part of town. It is really close to Tesco, M&S, Waitrose and arcades. Public transportation is within 5 min walking distance, either to a bus (Routes 8, 90, 6) or the subway (Hillhead stop).

The rent is 525, and it doesn't include any bills or council tax. Council tax band E.

About me, I'm a postdoc in the chemistry department at University of Glasgow. I'm from Ecuador, and I like to play and watch football all the time. I like to keep things clean and tidy, but I'm not obsessed with it either.

I'm looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and ideally who likes football =).
