Lovely double room in great central location

Double room in a fully furnished 2-bedroom flat in Clifton. Shared kitchen/living room and bathroom. Very central location.

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into this lovely flat in Clifton. It's located just behind the Triangle, within short walking distance of the city centre, Whiteladies road and Clifton Suspension Bridge.

The flat is on the top floor and is very spacious, quiet, and gets lots of natural light. There's a gorgeous open plan kitchen and living room and one shared bathroom with a shower. The available bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, with additional storage space under the bed.

I'm looking for a clean, tidy, easygoing flatmate (professionals only) who doesn't smoke or have pets. I'm very relaxed and friendly so as long as you're nice and respect our shared spaces I'm sure we'll get on well!

I'm a University of Bristol Psychology graduate and have been working at the university for a year since graduating. I like cooking, watching films, going for walks/runs and meeting up with my friends (coronavirus permitting). I'm very social and would love sharing some of these hobbies with my new flatmate, like cooking and watching films together.

The rent is £497 pcm (not including bills, which are under £150 a month) and the deposit is £574.

The room is available from the 1st February 2021 but the paperwork would need to be completed ASAP. This includes reference checks.
