Room #1: bright and airy with bed, side tables and wardrobe included. There is ample space for a work station too but please note: desk, chair, ottoman, chest of drawers, clothes rail keyboard and mirror are not included in the room rental.
Including bills it is ~£880 (~£70) per month including: Council tax, gas, electricity, water and wifi/TV
Flat rent rate is £810 for the room
Dishwasher and washing machine in the house

The break clause will come into effect in mid August 2021 at which point the other housemates will be looking to move out. If you wanted to fill the other 3 bedrooms with friends you would have the option of remaining on the same contract for 1 year.
Otherwise, the tenancy will end in mid August 2021
